Chris Keith has returned and rejoined the Family Legacy team as of July 1, 2019. At Family Legacy, Chris Keith goes by CK, as not to be confused with Chris Brown. CK previously worked with Family Legacy, Inc for almost a year and left in June of 2015 to care for his parents in his hometown of Charleston, SC. He is very happy to be back living in Greenville and we are very happy to have him with us.

Accounting is a second career for CK. He worked for the US Postal Service for nearly 16 years and decided to return to school. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in May of 2013 at College of Charleston and went on to receive his Master of Science in Accountancy from College of Charleston in August of 2014. And in January of 2017 he received his South Carolina CPA License. Accounting is a career that he loves and truly finds happiness in. He swears nothing is better than double entry bookkeeping!

At Family Legacy, you can find CK working hard with our tax team preparing corporate, partnership and individual tax returns. CK is a liaison to our small business clients and helps translate the accounting language into a vernacular that’s easy for them to work with.

This fall you may notice there is a mild rivalry between CK and Cliff, mostly when it comes to football. CK is a Gamecock fan among many, many upstate Clemson fans. So he and Beth will have to cock-a-doodle-doo to themselves in their cubes, while this football season struggles on. CK finds peace and happiness hanging out with friends outside on a cool to cold night by a fire.

Fun Fact About CK: He is one of the two left-handed twins here at Family Legacy, although Jennifer is identical, CK is a fraternal twin. Also he has bowled FOUR, count them FOUR, perfect 300s!! Bring on office bowling night!

CK’s Favorite Reads: The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom and The All Souls Trilogy (A Discovery of Witches, Shadow of Night, and The Book of Life) by Deborah Harkness
